Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the 2024 Caywood Farms Family Pumpkin Run, an event taking place on October 27, 2024, at Pinal Fairgrounds and Event Center, located at 512 S. Eleven Mile Corner Rd, Casa Grande, AZ 85194. I understand that participating in this event may involve risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, injuries, contact with other participants, weather-related risks, and other potential hazards associated with outdoor activities. I assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation, whether caused by my own actions or those of others.
Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 2024 Caywood Farms Family Pumpkin Run, I hereby voluntarily, fully, and forever release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinal County, Central Arizona Fair Association, the Fair Executives, Caywood Farms, their directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in this event, whether or not caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
Medical Treatment Consent
I authorize any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury while participating in the 2024 Caywood Farms Family Pumpkin Run. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Photo/Video Release
I grant permission to the event organizers and their representatives to take photographs or videos of me during the event and to use such materials for promotional purposes without compensation.
For Minor Participants (Under 18 Years of Age)
I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby give permission for my child/children to participate in the 2024 Caywood Farms Family Pumpkin Run. I acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this waiver, and I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims that may arise on behalf of my child.

The first 100 paid participants will receive an exclusive race shirt and a finisher's medal to commemorate their achievement! Onsite registration will be available, but please note that shirts, bibs, and medals cannot be guaranteed for those registering on the day of the event. Onsite registration requires full price payment for admission to the festival.

Please Note: All purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. We highly recommend protecting your investment by purchasing the optional ticket insurance offered below. This insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen events or emergencies that may prevent you from attending.
